Moreover, the rent includes a flatrate for the cleaning of the office rooms and common areas.

You can rent the office ready-furnished or you bring your own furniture.
Your rent directly from the owner – free of commission.
Price list
The duration oft he contract is very flexible. After a fixed duration of 3 months the contract can be terminated 30 days to the end of the month.
